Welcome to WriterconUK, where we organise Midimeet, the annual meetup of fandom Writers, Artists, Betas and Readers.
We are here to provide opportunities for the virtual community to meet in real time. Everyone has a role in fandom – this is your chance to mix with people who write, create, or simply appreciate the work of those who do.
If you cannot attend the Mididmeet you are still welcome to join us, to participate in some of our online activities, so come and join the community and please tell your friends!
We principally began with fans interested in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the works of Joss Whedon, and this still remains the heart of much of our fannish activity, but we have grown to incorporate interest in other fandoms as well and creative fans from any fandom are very welcome to join us.
